All services are provided virtually via a secure telehealth platform or by phone, based on client preference. This means you can have your session wherever is most comfortable and convenient for you, as long as you have privacy and a stable wifi or phone signal.

Individual therapy: $175 per 50-minute session

Couples therapy: $195 per hour

Coaching: $125 per hour

For therapy services, I accept Aetna, Anthem, Blue Cross And Blue Shield, Carelon, Cedars Sinai, Cigna, Curative, Decent, Kaiser Permanente (Southern CA), MHN, Optum, and Tricare West. Please inquire if you do not see your insurance company listed here.

Upon request, I can provide a "super bill" for you to submit for reimbursement if your insurance coverage includes out-of-network mental health benefits. It is your responsibility to verify your benefits before beginning treatment, as well as submit any associated paperwork to your carrier.

Insurance is not accepted for coaching, however, you may be able to pay using your FSA benefits. Please check with your plan administrator.
